Coach entire organizations and programs to drive agile transformation and engineering culture shift.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-team agile transformation programs with measurable milestones and area product ownership.
• Operate as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership, providing data-backed input on delivery health and DORA metrics.
• Design Azure DevOps structures for multi-team environments, including area paths, team configurations, and cross-team dependency tracking.
• Implement scaled practices: overall retrospectives, cross-team sprint synchronization, self-selection processes, and capability reviews for junior SMs.
• Facilitate difficult organizational conversations between PMO, vendors, product, and leadership to remove impediments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of demonstrated scaled agile experience, not just familiarity.
• DORA metrics literacy: ability to explain and improve deployment frequency, change failure rate, lead time for changes, and MTTR.
• Experience challenging and changing organizational structures that block team effectiveness.
• Evidence of building and sustaining psychological safety on previously defensive or siloed teams.
• Ability to run executive-level conversations using delivery data, constraint analysis, and trend data.
• Produce quarterly maturity assessments with forward plans for multiple teams simultaneously.
• Strong leadership essentials for managing secure delivery and operations.

Preferred Skills

• Contributions to engineering standards playbooks beyond simple application.
• Structured coaching and mentoring capability for junior and mid-level Scrum Masters.
