You will drive agile transformation and mentor teams to improve work processes through best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, coach, and mentor Scrum Masters and individual employees to instill an agile mindset.
• Design and organize scaled development efforts while optimizing department-wide processes.
• Develop and run training programs for small to large-scale groups.
• Visualize and monitor team performance using metrics to maintain transparency of impediments.
• Develop governance methodologies, company policies, and frameworks to support agile approaches.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Advanced Scrum Certification.
• Proven experience delivering agile training to various group sizes.
• Experience using data to obtain insights and guide next steps.
• Proficiency in inclusive and collaborative facilitation techniques.
• Strong servant leadership mindset to support team autonomy and focus.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with Scrum Masters and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate education level.
