Description

Drive Agile adoption and coaching across large, cross-domain stakeholder groups.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor individuals and teams to improve delivery and methodology application.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile training and needs with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain training resources, including SharePoint libraries and handouts.
• Partner with instructional design teams to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure training remains aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Agile methodologies or product management within a corporate setting.
• Framework-agnostic approach with the ability to work across any Agile framework.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-domain groups of stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate and influence at both the team level and with Directors or above.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, specifically for virtual environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification or a clear timeline for obtaining one.
