Description

You will serve as a strategic change agent championing enterprise-wide lean agile enablement and transformation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Champion enterprise-wide lean agile adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Coach teams and programs on all aspects of Lean Agile, helping determine appropriate frameworks.
• Develop, implement, and improve lean agile metrics to support organization-wide rollout.
• Guide teams toward high-performing status by fostering psychological safety, self-management, and transparency.
• Organize workshops and conduct training promoting agile maturity across various roles and levels.

Required Skills

• 10+ years experience using Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Proven success leading large-scale Agile transformation.
• Expert knowledge of Lean and Agile principles and practices.
• Experience applying SAFe and Agile/product mindset to creating and sustaining Platform teams.
• Proficiency in coaching teams on Scrum, Kanban, and general Agile practices.
• Familiarity with Product Management, DevOps, Test Automation, and Architecture.
• Comfortable operating at team, stakeholder, and organizational leadership levels.
