You will drive agile adoption and process improvement across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching.
• Coach senior managers in agile practices to ensure top-down adoption.
• Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and operating models across the organization.
• Conduct daily follow-ups and stand-up meetings to ensure project goals are met.
• Support teams in resource allocation to maintain agile practices and smooth delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proven track record of implementing agile techniques in diverse environments.
• Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
• SAFe 6 Agilist or SAFe 6 Practitioner certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Certified Agile Coach or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for leading and educating teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coaching senior leadership on agile best practices.
