Description

Drive agile transformation by coaching teams and leadership on project management frameworks and Scrum practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to improve release planning, ceremonies, and CI/CD practices.
• Implement agility in project delivery processes using SAFe and Scrum.
• Lead relationships between lines of business and the Agile COE to align resource facilitation with leadership needs.
• Onboard new groups into the transformation process through presentations and evangelizing agile methodologies.
• Oversee objective cohesion for initiatives involving multiple Scrum teams and assess the impact of emerging trends on business strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile coaching or similar roles.
• Deep expertise in Scrum practices and ceremonies.
• Experience implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Proven ability to mentor Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
• Experience managing relationships between business units and Agile Centers of Excellence.
• Ability to facilitate continuous improvement and knowledge transfer across teams.
• Strong background in driving agile culture and values at the leadership level.
