Description

You will drive large-scale Agile transformations and sustain scaled practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the LACE and senior practitioners to provide advisory on Agile practices and business value realization.
• Coach and mentor teams and programs to enable accelerated delivery.
• Deliver training, workshops, and SAFe certification classes.
• Facilitate remote workshops and manage distributed Agile delivery environments.
• Lead program-level coaching and people transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• SAFe SPC 6.0 certification (mandatory).
• 15+ years of overall experience managing large programs or product lifecycles.
• 7+ years of experience as an Agile Coach for large-scale transformations.
• 3+ years of experience as a Program Level coach.
• 3+ years of experience as an Agile trainer running SAFe certification classes.
• 5+ years of experience coaching at the team level.
• Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, Rally, and Confluence.
• Experience with facilitation tools such as Miro or Mural.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, SRE, Design Thinking, and Change Management.
• Experience with coaching methodologies like HSD, Clean Language, Spiral Dynamics, or Systemic Coaching.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Coach Certification from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, ICAgile, Kanban University, or PMI.
