Description

You will serve as an Agile Coach within the Agile Center of Excellence, focusing on program-level concepts and organizational coaching.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor the Agile organization to facilitate the transition to Agile working methods.
• Formulate governing policies that support Agile-based approaches aligned with organizational principles.
• Identify relevant metrics and define the necessary measurement system for process adherence.
• Apply system thinking to uncover and address organizational bottlenecks.
• Coach Scrum Masters and mentor Product Owners on daily decision-making to maintain project momentum.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Minimum 8+ years of combined business or technology experience within an Agile environment.
• Minimum 5+ years of related work experience coaching organizations or teams via workshops and facilitation.
• Proficiency in Jira for tracking Agile progress.
• Ability to coach at the enterprise and team levels, focusing on program-level concepts.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to train managers on Agile applications and cultural shifts.
