Description

You will lead large-scale Agile transformations and sustain scaled agile practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute SAFe transformations, PI Planning, and ART Sync activities.
• Coach, mentor, and train Scrum Masters, RTEs, and POPM to improve agile maturity.
• Facilitate workshops including I&A, Lean Portfolio Canvas, VSM Mapping, and backlog design.
• Analyze organizational practices at the Portfolio, Program, and team levels to recommend improvements.
• Maintain best practices, tools, templates, and training content to support agile communities of practice.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience managing large programs or product lifecycles.
• 7+ years of experience as an Agile Coach for large-scale transformations.
• 3+ years of experience as a Program Level coach.
• Mandatory SPC certification.
• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, TDD/XP, and BDD.
• Hands-on experience setting up ALM tools including Jira, Jira Align, and Rally.
• Proven ability to facilitate complex problem-solving and negotiation in ambiguous environments.
• Strong background in scaling frameworks and executing strategic roadmaps.
• Agile Coach Certification from bodies such as Scrum Alliance, Scrum.Org, ICAgile, or PMI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevSecOps practices.
