You guide organizations through Agile adoption, process improvement, and enterprise transformation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose current Agile practices and recommend improvement actions.
• Define Agile adoption strategies at enterprise, portfolio, and program levels.
• Coach teams to increase Agile maturity and adopt engineering best practices.
• Design and deliver customized, role-based Agile coaching and training.
• Guide teams on leveraging AI-enabled tools for delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Agile consulting or coaching.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML integration within software delivery lifecycles.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
• Proven ability to influence client stakeholders on Agile benefits.
• Experience designing and delivering Agile training interventions.
• Understanding of enterprise and program-level Agile transformation.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification in Agile or Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM).
• Experience with specific AI-driven project management tools.
