Description

You will drive the implementation of SAFe frameworks and PI planning across teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement SAFe framework methodologies and lead PI planning sessions.
• Develop and conduct Agile training sessions covering PI planning and related topics.
• Facilitate office hours to coach teams preparing for their initial PI planning events.
• Deliver training on Agile KPIs and metrics.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes and facilitation outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile Consulting.
• Proven experience with PI planning implementation.
• Deep knowledge of the SAFe framework.
• Expertise in Agile KPIs and metrics.
• Strong facilitation skills for training and coaching.
• Ability to document complex agile processes clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coaching teams through their initial PI planning events.
