Description

You will drive organizational transformation by coaching teams and leadership on Agile and Waterfall delivery practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Kanban Facilitators in adopting software delivery ways of working.
• Assess and enhance Agile and Waterfall process maturity through regular assessments and tailored coaching plans.
• Promote best practices for Waterfall delivery using the IPEC framework and ensure artifact maintenance.
• Partner with the Delivery Excellence Lead to implement strategic OKRs, metrics roll-up, and reporting.
• Facilitate the setup of ServiceNow PPM, Jira, and Confluence boards in collaboration with tools teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in delivery coaching or project management.
• Demonstrable experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Ability to coach Scrum Masters and Kanban Facilitators within defined guidelines.
• Experience applying the Agile Manifesto and Scrum Guide to real-world delivery.
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for documentation and board management.
• Experience with Waterfall coaching frameworks and process maturity assessments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow PPM setup and configuration.
• Familiarity with IPEC (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Close) framework implementation.
