Description

Drive project delivery by managing software production and test environments while ensuring adherence to agile methodologies and operational standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrum ceremonies including daily standups, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives.
• Manage project schedules, release scope, and work plans in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Identify, clarify, and resolve project risks and impediments, escalating to management when necessary.
• Ensure team adherence to Microsoft Azure DevOps processes for reporting tasks, defects, and time.
• Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality metrics to take corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project leadership or delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps for project tracking and reporting.
• Proven ability to define, implement, and maintain project process guidance and subordinate plans.
• Expertise in managing complex stakeholder relationships and negotiating requirement changes.
• Ability to lead and mentor IT project teams in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for preparing progress reports and meeting minutes.
• Experience in software environment management, including test configuration and data maintenance.
