Description

Provide servant leadership for teams developing cloud-native enterprise applications using Lean-Agile principles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation and delivery of the end-to-end engineering plan for one or more teams.
• Facilitate ceremonies including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Remove obstacles and roadblocks to maintain development flow.
• Identify, develop, and use data to create actionable plans for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach teams on Lean-Agile theory, principles, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience coaching Lean-Agile principles for development teams.
• Experience coaching teams building cloud-native, scalable, and highly available distributed systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Kanban or Scrumban processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Lean-Agile practices, metrics, and KPIs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
• Strong ability to establish organizational guidelines and best practices for teams.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills for driving solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TDD, BDD, or DDD.
• Experience rolling out and mentoring advanced scaling concepts such as SAFe.
• Technical depth to understand patterns and practices that enable agility.
