Description

Lead delivery teams, drive continuous improvement, and manage concurrent projects across multiple Scrum teams while translating business strategies into actionable roadmaps and user stories.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects and iterations across Scrum teams.
• Translate business strategies into roadmaps, MVP releases, epics, and user stories.
• Manage project financials, develop Statements of Work (SOW), and oversee customer agreements.
• Facilitate ceremonies with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, track issues, and validate completed work during development.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as the primary point of contact for customers and project operations.
• 7+ years of experience facilitating ceremonies and managing project risks and issues.
• 7+ years of experience developing SOWs, managing financials, and managing product backlogs.
• 7+ years of experience developing wireframes and user stories.
• 4+ years of experience coaching delivery teams and customers in Agile methodologies.
• 4+ years of experience working in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) environments.
• 4+ years of experience working with teams developing web-based solutions using .NET and SQL.
• Strong understanding of Scrum concepts and software development fundamentals.
• Ability to write simple SQL queries.

Preferred Skills

• Background in application development.
• Experience with projects utilizing C# .NET.
