Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Agile product delivery across multiple teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious execution.
Drive Agile implementations and recommend suitable delivery approaches (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or hybrid) based on team and business needs.
Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments to maintain release readiness and delivery flow.
Track and report delivery metrics, risks, and progress using Azure DevOps and Agile dashboards; support release planning and governance.

Skills Required:

7 - 14 years of experience in Agile project environments, including leading product development teams end-to-end.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks with hands-on Scrum facilitation experience.
Practical experience implementing Scrum practices across teams with different Agile maturity levels.
Proven delivery governance with focus on on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes, including aggressive timelines and high-frequency releases.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, reporting, and release coordination.

Good to Have:

Agile transformation experience and exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and enterprise delivery models.
Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist.

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
