Own the Agile delivery process and team effectiveness for engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices, user story creation, and iterative delivery.
• Manage and maintain Agile workflows using Jira and Kanban boards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work, ensure transparency, and remove impediments.
• Track team progress through dashboards, burndown, and burnup metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in Agile Delivery and Scrum Master roles.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working in a SAFe environment.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Kanban methodologies.
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and providing Agile coaching.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience tracking Agile metrics and delivery performance.
• Any Graduate degree.
