Description

You will lead Agile delivery for Scrum teams, facilitating ceremonies, coaching practitioners, and managing stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective) ensuring they are productive and time-boxed.
• Coach the team on Scrum principles, roles, and responsibilities while removing impediments to improve effectiveness.
• Support PI Planning activities and manage Scrum Master involvement in SAFe-aligned execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain transparency, alignment, and timely resolution of delivery risks.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and tracking actionable outcomes.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Agile delivery with dedicated Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum practices and ceremonies.
• Strong ability to coach teams on impediment management and team effectiveness.
• Proven stakeholder management skills to ensure delivery communication and alignment.
• Experience participating in planning cycles and PI Planning activities.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe awareness and knowledge of SAFe concepts, including PI Planning context.
