Description

You will lead agile processes and coach teams to ensure the successful delivery of cross-functional product initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events including daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings.
• Manage interdependencies between agile teams to maintain alignment across initiatives.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and support release planning.
• Identify and remove impediments, including cultural barriers and logistic challenges.
• Shield teams from external interference to maintain productivity and psychological safety.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Proven ability as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and impediment removal.
• Ability to influence without authority and lead by example.
