Responsibilities

• Coach teams to maintain focus on goals and meet commitments.
• Facilitate communication and empower teams to define their own ways of working.
• Remove impediments in a timely manner to ensure continuous progress.
• Ensure teams have the required resources to succeed.
• Manage organizational change and technical leadership requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or agile leadership.
• Expertise in SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus frameworks.
• Proven experience as a Change Manager.
• Ability to act as a technical lead with management capabilities.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or host leader.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background as a Senior Tech Lead.
