Lead Agile product transformations within large, complex organizational environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams through Agile product transformations in complex structures.
• Facilitate continuous learning and improvement cycles within technical teams.
• Navigate organizational behavior and change management to support Agile adoption.
• Apply systems thinking to resolve conflicts and optimize workflows.
• Drive the transition from traditional methodologies to Agile frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Agile coaching roles.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS frameworks.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps.
• Certification as a Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and product-centric practices.
• Knowledge of organizational behavior and change management principles.
