Drive Agile adoption and operational efficiency across scaled technology teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach product domains and horizontal departments on Agile ways of working and enterprise framework alignment.
• Facilitate planning ceremonies, deliver training, and enforce standards compliance.
• Gather metrics, assist leadership with reporting, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Influence without direct authority to guide teams through daily operations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years coaching multiple technology teams through Agile transformation and maturation.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• 5+ years leading or coordinating complex technology delivery across multiple teams using Agile methods.
• Practical understanding of software development and CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in large enterprises with matrix structures and governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience scaling organizations from Scrum teams to SAFe.
• Project or program management experience involving budget and risk.
