You will bridge business vision and engineering execution, translating complex requirements into tangible MVPs and technical documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Decompose business vision and process flows into tangible MVPs and complex technical functional requirements.
• Translate business use cases into system flow charts, story maps, and refined story shells.
• Lead sprint planning, story refinement, and backlog grooming to ensure highest-impact work is delivered soonest.
• Drive complex projects end-to-end, managing team capacity allocation for product health improvements and technical debt reduction.
• Monitor and communicate technical product health metrics and KPIs to advocate for product improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years total experience with 6+ years in Product/Software management, development, or maintenance.
• Proven experience driving complex business products through the software lifecycle.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and facilitation.
• Strong proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow for requirements tracking and documentation.
• Skilled in requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with Business and Technology partners.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe certification.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis and data-driven decision making.
• AI literacy and MS 365 proficiency.
