Description

You will own a defined capability or technical product area, managing its value, cost of ownership, and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex business problems into functional and non-functional requirements and definition-of-ready user stories.
• Facilitate product backlog grooming, sprint planning, story refinement, and feature elaboration sessions.
• Maintain the product technical roadmap and advocate for the prioritization of non-functional work and technical debt reduction.
• Manage team capacity to balance product health improvements, such as test automation and tooling, with feature delivery.
• Monitor and communicate technical product health metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Resolve upstream dependencies and conflicts across teams to ensure cohesive, iterative delivery of MVPs and Epics.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in business analysis or technology development.
• Experience in the Pharmacy domain.
• Proficiency with Agile tools including Jira and Rally.
• Strong capability in business process modeling and requirement decomposition.
• Expertise in managing product value streams and system interactions.
• Ability to translate stakeholder goals into technical requirements for engineering and architecture teams.
• Advanced analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage story aging, WIP, and epic throughput.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly within an Agile environment.
