Description

You will lead product vision and backlog management in an on-site role in Bentonville, AR.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and align goals with business objectives.
• Create and prioritize product backlogs and user stories.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage requirements and expectations.
• Work with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven experience creating user stories and managing product backlogs.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams alongside developers and designers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent certification.

Preferred Skills

• Background in software development or IT consulting.
