Description

You will drive product development from concept to launch by translating business vision into actionable development plans.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure high-value features are developed first.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for the development team.
• Lead sprint planning sessions alongside the Scrum Master and engineering team.
• Monitor post-launch performance and use user feedback to iterate on product value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing feature sets.
• Ability to write actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working within Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency in stakeholder communication and requirement gathering.
• Knowledge of user-centric design principles.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working closely with a Scrum Master to facilitate delivery.
