Description

You will act as the internal voice of the customer within a healthcare domain context, owning the vision and roadmap for the Agile Release Train (ART). You will define system features, manage work scope, and participate in validation processes to ensure alignment with payer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define system features and lead validation processes.
• Manage the scope of work for the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Develop and maintain the ART vision and roadmap.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer in healthcare domains.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or similar roles.
• Direct experience with Medicaid and Medicare, including Medicare Advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile Release Train (ART) frameworks.
• Experience with healthcare payor solutions.
• Familiarity with Healthcare X12 transactions including 820, 837, 835, 277CA, 999, 275, and 276/277.
• Background in Commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid healthcare environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to clinical transactions.
