Description

Own the product backlog and delivery of Banking, Investment, and Capital Market initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to drive high-quality feature delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and prioritize features based on business value.
• Provide domain expertise on AML, fraud detection, and regulatory changes, supporting solution development and compliance-driven updates.
• Oversee business rule configuration, validation, and end-to-end testing to ensure data quality and system integrity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis within Banking or Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience as a Product Owner in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Strong understanding of AML concepts, risk typologies, and transaction flows (ACH, Wires, Cards).
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and agile delivery tracking.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and document business requirements with precision.
• Experience with business rule configuration, UAT, and validation activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for interacting with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in retail/consumer banking or Capital Markets.
• Experience with data mapping, impact assessments, and ad hoc reporting.
