Responsibilities

• Balance technical constraints with business acumen.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, IRM, Infrastructure, and Software Engineering.
• Assess technical risk and apply analytical thinking to product decisions.
• Integrate user experience and technical design principles into the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in technology roles such as System Analyst or Developer.
• Direct experience with COBOL mainframe systems.
• Experience managing front-end applications and APIs.
• Strong understanding of technical principles, theories, and concepts.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and complex technical requirements.
• Proven communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Degree in any field.
