Description

You will lead the modernization and optimization of the Pharmacy Benefits Management portfolio through complex project and program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct multiple concurrent, complex projects that cross various product teams.
• Plan, schedule, and assign project tasks while coordinating resources and budgets to meet changing corporate needs.
• Drive delivery planning and facilitate dependency discussions for current and upcoming work.
• Organize and track development progress against target deliverables using industry-standard methodologies.
• Communicate project status, quality, and performance metrics to senior business and technology leaders.
• Coordinate with client departments to manage systems testing, installation, training, and support.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Proven track record leading multi-million dollar projects from a delivery management perspective.
• Senior-level Agile Project Management expertise with a deep understanding of agile frameworks.
• Experience managing project teams consisting of managers, specialists, analysts, and programmers.
• Strong ability to craft technical and strategic communications for senior leadership.
• Expertise in identifying and negotiating schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Jira to track and monitor work.
• Previous experience working for Express Scripts or Cigna.
