Description

You will lead large-scale program initiatives and manage complex workstreams through multiple project lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program initiatives to ensure consistent delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Assign resources to initiative planning and monitor deviations from the critical path.
• Establish and maintain Agile, Scaled, Kanban, and Waterfall frameworks and supporting practices.
• Guide RTEs, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers in risk identification, mitigation, and organizational change management.
• Define and track program KPIs, budgets, and control points while monitoring compliance with established policies.

Required Skills

• 15 years of experience with Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies.
• 15 years of experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and high organizational change.
• 10 years of experience in Program Management and Project Management.
• 10 years of experience managing direct reports and leading teams.
• 10 years of experience managing product lines, agile projects, and reporting metrics.
• 20 years of experience managing and providing guidance to project teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Project Online (POL) and Microsoft Project Professional.
• Strong functional understanding of MS Project, Project Server, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.
• Active PMP certification.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in project portfolio management, governance, and critical path management.
