Description

You will manage the planning and execution of infrastructure programs across Platform Engineering, driving alignment between engineering teams and leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-team coordination for dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across infrastructure engineering teams.
• Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and communication gaps to drive alignment between engineering, TPMs, and PMs.
• Provide program status updates to leadership focusing on delivery predictability, risks, and milestones.
• Enable value flow visibility using delivery metrics such as carryover, WIP, and forecast accuracy.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and quarterly planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile Program Management or a Scrum Master role.
• Experience working within cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps environments.
• Technical understanding of AWS and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation using Terraform and CI/CD processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical programs in a SaaS or platform context.
• Experience leading programs involving scalability, performance tuning, or infrastructure modernization.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong skills in cross-functional communication and risk escalation.
• Ability to use delivery dashboards and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud region expansion, observability, autoscaling, or network failover automation.
• Ability to analyze and interpret delivery metrics to guide teams toward predictable execution.
