Description

You will manage a program focused on modernizing retail store management systems while acting as the Scrum Master for the execution squad.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead global, cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions and achieve measurable results.
• Own the end-to-end delivery process, including continuous improvement and process changes.
• Facilitate stand-ups, agile ceremonies, and conflict resolution meetings.
• Partner with product managers to align priorities, manage dependencies, and remove impediments.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing technical agile teams delivering software solutions.
• Proven experience as an Agile Program Manager or Scrum Master.
• Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Ability to oversee a program holistically while performing hands-on scrum master duties.
• Experience executing scrum with remote and globally distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
• SAFe Certification or experience working in a SAFe environment.
• Retail industry experience, including familiarity with the retail value chain or POS systems.
