Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI-driven initiatives across the data and analytics ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and manage timelines for end-to-end AI/ML initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and solution architects.
• Translate business problems into AI use cases and monitor performance metrics for measurable ROI.
• Manage executive stakeholders and drive the adoption of AI solutions.
• Ensure adherence to governance, quality, and ethical AI standards throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years managing end-to-end AI/ML or advanced analytics projects (discovery to production).
• Experience implementing MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, retraining workflows).
• Proficiency with AI/ML platforms such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI.
• 8+ years in project management, preferably within AI or digital transformation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
• Understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with data governance, quality, and security frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resource planning, and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing Responsible AI practices (bias, fairness, explainability).
