Description

You will lead and drive the delivery of strategic initiatives by managing multiple agile teams and resolving cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer vision into actionable roadmaps and manage release timelines, milestones, and cadence.
• Coordinate with Scrum Masters, RTEs, Epic Owners, and Product Owners to define work scope and remove roadblocks.
• Manage dependencies across cross-functional teams to ensure aligned deliverables and functional features.
• Provide regular communication and reporting to stakeholders regarding progress, impediments, and program health.
• Champion process improvement initiatives to support Agile transformation and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of medium to large-scale software delivery experience in a project management role.
• 3+ years of experience in program delivery within an Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
• Expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Rally, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in Agile/Scrum/SAFe constructs.
• Strong facilitation, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix hybrid organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications such as SAFe 6.0, Scrum Alliance, icAgile, or Pragmatic.
