Description

You will manage the Agile Release Train (ART) and coordinate the delivery of complex IT application releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ART processes including release planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and sequence features and capabilities.
• Coordinate dependency management and cross-team communication between Agile Teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues impacting release delivery with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Proven track record in release planning and coordination within an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to manage dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and risk mitigation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
