Description

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions through complex, multi-track programs and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from business development through to final delivery.
• Balance scope, time, cost, and quality to mitigate project risks.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, daily stand-ups, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with product managers and delivery teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and remove impediments.
• Own budget accountability and client revenue management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master running agile delivery for feature teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leading diverse, multi-domain teams across different geographies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong project planning and core project management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and manage internal and external clients.
• Fluency in both Thai and English.
• Strong articulation and communication skills.
