Description

You will manage project updates, resource allocation, and process workflows to ensure project success.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production reports and escalate relevant information to senior management.
• Manage timekeeping records, including the approval of PA/PC hours.
• Update Lean documentation and develop project-specific training materials.
• Coordinate with project developers and SPMs to resolve ambiguities and address project-level issues.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and complete End of Day reporting for shift handovers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in management.
• Agile methodologies.
• Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience in resource hiring and process step setting.
• Ability to perform time-bound and repetitive tasks without quality degradation.
• Strong leadership skills, including delegation and feedback management.
• Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Lean documentation and continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
