Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience coordinating events with product teams.
• 1+ year of experience in large enterprises or highly matrixed organizations.
• Applied experience in design thinking, product management, or technical roles.
• Strong understanding of agile principles.
• Experience in prospect funnel management.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong upward and outward communication skills.
• Familiarity with event planning and marketing.
• Knowledge of learning and development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
