Description

Guide teams in executing agile initiatives to deliver customer value through coaching and framework implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach leaders, teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset.
• Facilitate synchronization meetings across onsite and distributed delivery teams.
• Prepare program and release backlogs, team objectives, and program objectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments to reduce bottlenecks and increase transparency.
• Track and publish completed program features and standardized program-level metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in agile project management.
• Expertise in Scaled Agile (SAFe).
• Proficiency in Scrum, Lean, and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with XP (Extreme Programming) practices.
• Hands-on experience managing Data Migration Projects.
• Ability to coach and collaborate with Product Owners.
• Experience operating within program budgets.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to drive agile engineering best practices.
