Description

Lead agile project management for complex, high-profile programs by coordinating cross-functional IT teams and product owners to deliver business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage agile project activities including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Facilitate sprint planning, task estimation, sequencing, reviews, and retrospectives as Scrum Master.
• Scale Scrum to large teams using scrum of scrums to manage integration and overlap.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain team focus and productivity.
• Coordinate deployments, ensure change control compliance, and manage vendor relationships.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of professional project management experience in complex software development.
• 6 to 8 years of experience as an agile project manager for complex software initiatives.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile project manager.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in requirements analysis and technical documentation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience developing and managing project budgets.
• 3 to 5 years of experience using Microsoft Project.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
