You will manage software development and IT teams using Agile methodologies, ensuring secure delivery in scaled environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development and IT teams utilizing Scrum and Agile frameworks.
• Manage multiple Jira boards and large backlogs within a scaled Agile environment.
• Coordinate cross-team activities and program increment planning in scaled settings.
• Apply Agile practices pragmatically, guiding teams through process changes as needed.
• Ensure security considerations are integrated into project delivery, leveraging cloud security knowledge.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or Scrum Mastery.
• Expert proficiency with Jira Software, including creating dashboards, custom filters, and analyzing metrics (velocity, burn-down).
• Demonstrated experience operating within scaled Agile environments (e.g., Scrum-of-Scrums, SAFe).
• Solid technical understanding of AWS security services (IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager).
• Experience integrating cloud services with enterprise identity providers.
• Familiarity with cloud security principles (zero trust, least privilege).
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Kanban and Scrum.
• Familiarity with security standards like SOC2 or NIST.
