Description

Lead Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products by applying Agile principles and coaching members toward self-organization and high performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Remove team impediments and limit external interference to maintain focus and velocity.
• Coach the Product Owner on backlog refinement, grooming, and roadmap management.
• Manage and report on project status, including scope, schedule, resources, and financial budget tracking.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and facilitate Scrum of Scrum events to ensure organizational transparency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, XP, Kanban, LeSS, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio, and ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and requirement refinement.
• Experience with story splitting, estimation, velocity tracking, and execution metrics.
• Proven ability to manage project financials and budget tracking.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certifications such as A-CSM, PSM I/II/III, CSP, or CTC.
