Guide Scrum Teams using Agile principles to deliver quality products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Resolve team impediments and limit external interference impacting team velocity.
• Coach teams in self-organization, cross-functional skills, and effective communication.
• Track and monitor daily progress, driving corrective actions when commitments are at risk.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, grooming, and product road mapping.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of multiple PPM and agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP).
• Expertise in servant leadership, conflict resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio, and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of software development life cycle models and technical debt management.
• Adept at estimating work, velocity tracking, and requirement refinement.
• Strong skills in facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder influence.
• Familiarity with financial controls, budget tracking, and scope management.
