Description

You will manage product and project development within an Agile framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and project development cycles as part of an Agile team.
• Apply Scrum Master methodologies to manage team workflows and delivery.
• Maintain continuous professional development in Project/Program Management and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in product or project development.
• Bachelor's degree.
• PMI-PMP certification.
• CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Proven track record of recent education in Project/Program Management and Agile/Scrum.

Preferred Skills

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• PMI-PgMP certification.
• Advanced Scrum certifications including A-CSM, PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC, or CSPO.
