Description

Lead enterprise-wide programs and projects within a maturing Agile PDLC framework, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet time and scope-bound milestones.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage core functions including business requirements elaboration, systems analysis, and process flow analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to deliver on schedule.
• Develop and revise processes and guidelines to ensure application development standards are met.
• Build program status reporting aligned with enterprise portfolios and provide transparency on risks to Senior Management.
• Conduct project audits to ensure standards are achieved and maintain an accessible body of knowledge for all team members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of program and project management experience.
• Proven track record as a Scrum Master with successful delivery experience.
• Proficiency with Jira and Agile lifecycle tracking tools.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio).
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge technology and business needs.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in Financial Services.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Wealth Management and Banking technology.
• Familiarity with Kanban methodology.
