Description

Lead Agile delivery and process improvement for software development projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and grooming.
• Manage sprint and release planning, utilizing burn down and burn up charts to track progress.
• Analyze current Agile processes and implement improvements alongside key stakeholders.
• Lead third-party professional services teams remotely and remove impediments to their progress.
• Develop and maintain story maps, feature maps, and budget materials for multiple simultaneous projects.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Proven experience with custom software development implementation.
• Proficiency with JIRA/Rally, Trello, Agile Accelerator, Copado, and Client QC.
• Ability to use Agile performance metrics to drive team accountability and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
