You will lead project execution and drive delivery within an agile framework.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team planning, progress reviews, and improvement sessions.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to refine priorities and track goals.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
• Identify risks, escalate impediments, and coordinate releases with governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in an agile setting.
• Strong application of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Apptio.
• Experience managing sprints, release planning, and PI planning.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans and roadmaps.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Agile PM).
• Mortgage industry experience.
