Description

You manage project delivery using Agile methodologies and serve as the primary communication bridge between product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Remove impediments and blockers that impact team delivery velocity.
• Continuously improve Agile processes and workflows across the team.
• Track and analyze sprint metrics, velocity, burndown charts, and KPIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management or Agile leadership.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical project management.
• Proficiency in project management and leadership principles.
• Familiarity with quality management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a regulated environment.
