Description

You will lead projects as the primary delivery executive, owning contract management, engagement financials, client relationships, and service delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects, managing contract financials and client relationships end-to-end.
• Act as a servant-leader for the Scrum Team, providing coaching and removing impediments.
• Manage project-specific backlogs, leveraging team velocity and predictability.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines.
• Report delivery status to executive bodies within client organizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years practical experience as a Scrum Certified Project Manager.
• Very strong experience leading Agile projects or facilitating scrum ceremonies.
• Very good understanding of the Scrum Framework, Lean Principles, and Transformation Model.
• Experience managing vendor deliverables and related procurement activities.
• Proven ability to manage and adjust project budgets.
• Good understanding of the field of Telecommunication.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior client executives.
